Introduction Welcome to ALTEWAISAOME!
The following Terms and Conditions guide for the use of, and commerce on our, webstore. We reserve the right to adjust the term and conditions from time to time. Latest update 2014-03-05.
You are most welcome to purchase our products through our webstore but you must be 18 years of age, or have a guardian confirm your order. In that case please leave a name and phone number for the adult at checkout. Our webstore features an FAQ section for any inquiries you may have pertaining to the webstore. For any other questions or to contact our Customer Service for help click here. All products remains our property until payment is fulfilled. Any attempts of frauds will be reported to the Police. ALTEWAISAOME reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate any orders of suspision at our disgretion, reguardless of an affected delivery time. No other payment option, outside of those displayed at checkout, are accepted. ALTEWAISAOME reserves the right to make minor deviations in relation to how material, color, weight, measurements, or manufacturing appear in our webstore. This also includes type faults, price and stock changes.
All shipments are sent by Posten Sverige AB. The order will be sent to the address given in your personal profile. Please check that this address is correct at point of checkout. Estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days. (Unless clearly stated otherwise on the webstore).
We will charge 15 EUR for declined items. (E.g. if you refuse to sign or pick up your order at your pick-up point). If You change your mind about your order contact our Client Service immediately. Remember you still have to collect your package and return it back to us. Declined items are not included in Swedish law according to the right of reclamation and returns. Damaged goods shall be reported at the pick-up point. If you notice the damage after receiving the package please contact our Client Service. When returning it you are responsible for the goods.
§3 Our shipping costs:
All Swedish orders will be shipped by posten by and all international orders will be shipped by Fedex.

Standard: 25$ – 2-5 working days (free over $450), Express: 50$ – 1-3 working days

VAT discount Customers ordering from outside the European Union will receive a 25% VAT discount on their order. This is applied at checkout once you have given your delivery details. Please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.
In case of Force Majeure ALTEWAISAOME’s obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and ALTEWAISAOME can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Under such circumstances, ALTEWAISAOME will attempt to resolve all issues in a timely manner. When using credit card you pay immediately at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by mail for all orders placed. When the package arrives you pick it up at your local pick-up point. All other orders are sent with postal mail. All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured with specific technology through Auriga AB. ALTEWAISAOME reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order of suspicion (at our disgretion), even if delivery time is affected. ALTEWAISAOME can also demand that you confirm the order separately by mail sent to the invoice address before your order is delivered.
§4 Return policy
Swedish law is applied, according to the right of reclamation and returns (see Konsumentverkets homepage for more information). You have the right to return a product, and receive a full refund or exchange the product, within 14 days from receiving the goods. If you change your mind about a product you must contact our Customer service within this time.
To make a return please follow the easy steps below.
- Send an email to our customer service and explain why you want to return your product. Please attach your receipt. - Place the item(s) together with the receipt in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box. - Fill out the return form and include it inside the box. - Close the box and tape it securely. - Place the return shipping label on the box over the prior delivery information. - Return at your nearest delivery point.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and color. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at acnestudios.com. Sale items are non-exchangeable but can be refunded.
Receiving a refund
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card unless another payment method has been used. Your refund will be exclusive of shipping cost. Please note that ALTEWAISAOME will not refund additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges, that may incur.
Orders placed with klarna are non-exchangeable. If the complete order is returned your klarna invoice will be cancelled. However, if you have made a partial return, a new updated invoice will be sent to you by email. If you wish to exchange for a new item and/or size simply place a new order with your preferred payment method. This order is paid for separately and will be handled as a new order.
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return form. Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached.

When returning or exchanging a product you pay for the shipping cost. Refunds take up to 30 days to process. If the product is defect, damaged, or if the return is due to a mistake made by ALTEWAISAOME we will in this case bear or reimburse the delivery cost. Please report the reclamation to our Customer service before returning the product.
All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured with a specific SSL-technology. ALTEWAISAOMES webshop partner cooperates with Auriga AB:s payment exchange (PSP) and Swedbanks Babs AB for redemption of credit card payments. According to Swedish law (PUL) ALTEWAISAOME must have your approval before handling your personal information. Receiving your personal information helps us give our good costumers service updates for their interest. ALTEWAISAOME will never give or sell your personal information to third-parties without your consent. Members of ALTEWAISAOME have access to their account by logging on and clicking on the My Profile page. The personal information contained in your profile may be updated or removed at any time.
